Description
Both John Wayne and Broderick Crawford (a close friend of DeGrazia's) collected original art work by Ted, who was hailed as the most reproduced artist in history.
Duke liked to display his collection on the walls of his home. In a photo dating from the early 1960's he is seen, cigarette in hand, playing with his daughter Aissa. The living room wall in his ranch style house in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles is adorned with art.
{Note: Crawford rose to greatness in his Academy Award portrayal of Willie Stark (a thinly disguised Huey Long) in "All the King's Men."}

In November 1966 Ted gave Brod private drawing lessons as photographed by Jack Sheaffer.

And in January 1971 Sheaffer was at Old Tucson to snap Kirk Douglas, Johnny Cash, baby John Carter and June Carter Cash. Sheaffer is the man on the left with sideburns.
