Description
14 years before "Red River" Duke acted with Walter Brennan in two Tim McCoy features. "Two-Fisted Law" (1932) is the second of the Columbia releases.
Columbia's tyrannical head Harry Cohn tried to get Duke blackballed in films claiming he was "a drunk and a rebel." Wayne was out of work for a year (as the studio did not pick up his option) and even contemplated became a prize fighter.
