According to Geronimo's nephew, Nino Cochise, his uncle Naiche was the other rider, Chappon is standing on the left and Kay-I-Tah on the far right.
Geronimo was a fearless warrior whose name since resonates today. In WW2 American paratroopers called out his name before jumping into space. In 2011 The US military used his name as a code name in the mission that killed Osama bin Laden.
In 1906 he published his autobiography. Geronimo had a special hatred for the Mexican military since, in 1858 they massacred his wife, mother, and three children.
