Description
There are precious few photos of the reclusive Cornell Woolrich (1903-1968).
While wealthy from his writing he had a leg amputated from an infection, which he failed to treat, stemming from a too tight shoe.
No writer had as many stories adapted to film noir films than Woolrich. A selected list of adaptations:
